Green Bay Packers: 10 remaining free agents who could help
5. Karlos Dansby, LB
Adding Karlos Dansby wouldn’t be an overwhelming get for the Packers, but he could help in certain situations to be sure.
At 36-years-old, he’s played 14 years in this league and would be a great mentor to the younger Vince Biegel and Kyler Fackrell. It sounds as if general manager Brian Gutekunst is counting on those two for some big production in the pass rush department this season.
Even on the playing field, Dansby could provide some depth in case the inevitable injury to Matthews or Perry happens. Overall, he’d be a low-risk signing by the Packers that could pay dividends in the long run.
