Green Bay Packers: 10 remaining free agents who could help
6. Brandon Marshall, WR
Brandon Marshall is the second wide receiver on this list, but only marks the halfway point for the position.
He’s a bit older than Decker, but might have more left in the tank than his former teammate. Last year was a nightmare with the New York Giants. He played in only five games, catching 18 passes for 154 yards and zero touchdowns. A lot of that had to do with an ankle injury he suffered as well as the porous play of quarterback Eli Manning.
At 6-foot-4, Marshall possesses the big body the Packers appear to value in their receivers and would provide another huge target for Aaron Rodgers. Marshall knows how to use his body as well and box out defensive backs when the ball is in the air. He’d be an interesting find for the Packers, especially in the locker room.
