Green Bay Packers: 20 best draft picks since the merger
16. Adam Timmerman
Adam Timmerman is one of the few players on this list so far, and overall, who didn’t spend the majority of their time with the Packers.
After being drafted in the 7th round, he became an immediate contributor and started at right guard through the Packers’ two Super Bowl appearances in the late 1990’s.
After Green Bay, he finished the last eight years of his career off in St. Louis with the Rams and made his only Pro Bowl appearance in 2001. There, he was a part of the greatest show on turf and nearly won another Lombardi Trophy. That’s a pretty good career for an offensive guard right there.
This may be a bit too high for him on the list, but we need to show the big guys some love too.
