Milwaukee Bucks: 2018 season grades
Giannis Antetokounmpo: A+
Giannis Antetokounmpo is the star we all thought he could become. And the scary part is he’s only 23-years-old and still has a lot of potential left to be realized.
He averaged 26.9 points, 10 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game while recording a 54.5 percent effective field goal percentage. Even without a reliable outside jumper, which showed flashes this season, defenses still can’t stop him.
He’s a freight train who can get to anywhere on the floor he wants and then use one of his budding array of moves to finish the basket. He’s also a willing passer and has a high basketball I.Q. to make the right play at the right time.
On defense, he’s the rim protector the Bucks need and is one of only a few players who can truly defend all five positions (and shut them down).
He keeps getting better and better and there’s no saying where his improvement will stop.
