3. Justin Herbert, Quarterback, Oregon

There are a number of quarterbacks who could go in the top ten of draft including Justin Herbert, Patterson, Jarrett Stidham and Clayton Thorson. Herbert should be able to rise to the cream of the crop, however.

Herbert has played two seasons at the University of Oregon and isn’t the typical dual-threat quarterback they usually recruit. Last year, he threw for 1983 yards and 15 touchdowns to go along with 183 yards and five touchdowns on the ground. He could’ve built on those numbers but only played eight games due to injuries.

If he stays fully healthy this year, he’s sure to insert himself into the Heisman conversation and the top of the 2019 draft class.
