7. Juwan Johnson, Wide Receiver, Penn State

Juwan Johnson is the second and final wide receiver on our list and he’s a good one.

He doesn’t have the same type of numbers Brown put up, recording “only” 54 catches for 701 yards and one touchdown. However, he has a higher ceiling and more potential to erupt this season with the departures of other playmakers such as Saquon Barkley, DaeSean Hamilton Mike Gesciki.

At 6-foot-2 and 226 pounds, he can body smaller corners out of the way and use his frame to go up and grab the ball. He’ll need to do more of that in 2019, as one touchdown is simply unacceptable.

If he can prove to scouts he’s the man with everyone gone, this could be a prime spot for him to go next year.
