Green Bay Packers: 5 possible Day 3 picks in NFL Draft

The Green Bay Packers’ front office was at it again on Friday night, drafting cornerback Josh Jackson and linebacker Oren Burks. After a successful first two days, here are five possible selections they could make on Day 3.
Brian Gutekunst and the Green Bay Packers‘ front office have had a busy two days. They’ve been heavily active in the trading market, maximizing their value along the way. In round two they drafted Iowa cornerback Josh Jackson with the 45th overall selection.
Green Bay also drafted Vanderbilt linebacker Oren Burks in round three after trading up with the Carolina Panthers. They sacrificed the 101st and 147th overall picks for Carolina’s 88th. Burks is one of the most athletic players in the entire 2018 draft.
There’s no doubt the Packers have added some nice pieces to their defense. But many fans are left wondering when can we expect some offensive players. The Packers still hold a bevy of picks and should be very active in rounds 4-7.
The last four rounds are where many great contributors come off the draft board. Many players drafted in this range are incomplete ‘projects. but still present impressive talent. There are several intriguing prospects remaining, so let’s take a look at five possible selections on Day 3.
