9. Carlton Davis, Cornerback, Auburn

The second consecutive cornerback on this list, Carlton Davis out of Auburn, is another big body corner similar to Oliver.

At 6-foot-1, Davis is even bigger and more physical which is something the Packers are looking for. His physicality would go great alongside Alexander who is also feisty. And given that he ran his 40-yard dash at 4.53 seconds, he has enough speed to compete with other wide receivers as well.

Davis loves to play press coverage and that’s what he’s best at- disrupting receivers routes and making them work to get off the line of scrimmage.

NFL.Com compares him to Richard Sherman, which is never a bad thing and gives him a prospect grade of 6.00 which means he should become an instant starter. Not a bad get for a Day 2 selection.
