The Green Bay Packers drafted Jaire Alexander with the 18th overall selection, addressing their situation at cornerback. Here are five possible selections they could make on day two.

Green Bay Packers‘ general manager Brian Gutekunst stunned everyone when he traded back with the New Orleans Saints from No. 14 to No. 27. The Saints promptly selected pass rusher Marcus Davenport, while the Packers then completed another trade, this time with the Seattle Seahawks. They received the No. 18  pick and selected cornerback Jaire Alexander.

The second round has traditionally been kind to the Packers, especially with Ted Thompson at the helm. But who knows what may happen with new general manager Brian Gutekunst, especially after the surprise moves Thursday night.

Green Bay gave up their third-rounder in order to move back up in the first, so as of right now they only have one pick on Day 2. However, they still have a plethora of picks in their hands so that could change at any given moment.

Former Packers’ great Jerry Kramer will announce their second-round pick, so hopefully, they don’t disappoint him. With that being said, let’s take a look at five players the Packers could be looking at in rounds two and three.
