Round 3, Pick No. 76: Equanimeous St. Brown, WR, Notre Dame

The Packers also hold Pick No. 76 in the third round and don’t wait any longer to address one of their other big needs at wide receiver.

Equanimeous St. Brown is an absolute beast for Notre Dame and could be a huge addition to the Packers’ receiving corps. At 6-foot-5, he gives Aaron Rodgers another big target in the red zone and in tight situations. But St. Brown also has some speed to burn, as he ran a 4.48 40-yard dash at the combine.

That’s an elite blend of size and speed and something the Packers could certainly use more of.

St. Brown wouldn’t be asked to step in and take on a huge role right away but could start on the outside opposite Davante Adams. An Adams, Randall Cobb, St. Brown trio is a very diverse group that will force defenses to prepare for multiple facets.

The best part of this draft so far is the number of playmakers Green Bay has already added. Each guy can make things happen at their position and shift the game in their teams’ favor. This just keeps getting better and better.
