Green Bay Packers: Big board for 2018 NFL Draft

7. Saquon Barkley, RB, Penn State

There’s basically no chance Saquon Barkley falls to the Packers, but he’s certainly a player on their big board in case the impossible happens.

Barkley has been a stud at Penn State and would immediately make the Packers offense more dynamic. No offense to Jamaal Williams and Aaron Jones, but Barkley is just on a whole separate level than them.

He’s McShay’s number one overall prospect in this draft with a grade of 97. Kiper Jr. has him mocked to go to the Cleveland Browns at No. 4. NFL.com has given him a grade of 7.45 and has compared him to Barry Sanders. And Pro Football Focus has him as their ninth player on their big board.

All of that adds up to no chance he falls to 14. But fans can dream, can’t we?
