1. Running back roles

We all know the Badgers have a complete stud at running back in Jonathan Taylor, but they also have talent behind him which should be utilized to keep Taylor fresh all season long. How they do that though, remains as the biggest question mark.

Taiwan Deal, Bradrick Shaw and Chris James have all proven themselves capable of carrying the ball. Obviously, with this many mouths to feed in the Wisconsin backfield, it’s impossible to keep everyone happy.

Shaw and James were the primary backups last season, while Deal recovered from ankle surgery which cost him all of 2017. With Deal back now, it makes things more complicated for Wisconsin, as he has been a steady contributor in the past.
