A deal between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Milwaukee Bucks would not involve a top player from either team. However, the Bucks could have leverage in one possible deal.

Off The Table

  • Lebron James- For Obvious Reasons
  • Kyrie Irving- Obvious reasons and hates Milwaukee
  • Kevin Love- Couldn’t handle returning to the Upper Midwest.
  • Kyle Korver- Lebron James brought in Korver for reason, no chance the team then trades him.
  • Tristan Thompson- Does all of the dirty work and is too important to the team’s success.

Possibilities-

  • Iman Shumpert- Still young and with two more years under contract, adding Shumpert would be a great move for Milwaukee. Between his strong defense and 41% three-point shooting percentage, adding Shumpert would give the Bucks a great rotation of shooting guards. Milwaukee would have to part ways with one of their center’s and a first round draft pick to make a deal.
  • Draft Picks- Lebron James recently took to Twitter explaining the need for adding a playmaker to the roster. Over the off-season, Michael Beasley was near the top of his wishlist. Now, the Bucks could use this to their advantage by sending Beasley to Cleveland in exchange for a first-round draft pick. Even though the pick would be late in the first-round, John Hammond just found Malcolm Brogdon in the second and could bring in another quality player.

Best Case Scenario

The Bucks cash in on Lebron James request and add a first round pick for Michael Beasley. Hammond could use this pick or package it in a potential trade.
