Jeff Janis, WR

Jeff Janis made the team last year, but rarely saw the field. Mike McCarthy is expecting big things from Janis this year. If Janis can play up to McCarthy’s expectations, he will be a nice weapon for the Packers offense. A combination of size and speed, the quicker he develops a relationship with Aaron Rodgers, the better.

Getting playing time with the No. 1 offense during OTAs and minicamps and developing that chemistry with Rodgers does help Janis’ growth. Just getting playing time in the regular season will be an improvement from his rookie season, which Janis should see this year.

Prediction: Improves play, makes team, and sees more snaps on the offense.
