The Green Bay Packers are halfway through their preseason schedule, and the production that we’ve seen from these four players has been a pleasant surprise.

Training Camp practices are in full swing and the preseason is already halfway over for the Green Bay Packers. To help the Packers return to the playoffs for the first time in two seasons, GM Brian Gutekunst had made a number of changes this past offseason.

Green Bay has brought in an almost entirely new coaching staff, they were very active in free agency, and while it is still quite early, it looks like they’ve put together a solid draft class.

As a result, this may be one of the deepest Green Bay Packers teams that we have seen in recent seasons. And there has been plenty of production from players that were likely just afterthoughts prior to Training Camp.

While just about a month ago these four players were fighting just to make the roster, now it appears that they could be battling for something much more significant – playing time.

If they hope to secure a roster spot and playing time, there is still work to be done. However, up to this point, what we have seen from each of these four players has been some very pleasant surprises.
