The Wisconsin Badgers will play their home opener early in the day on Sept. 6, according to the Big Ten Network.

The network released its schedule for the first three weeks of the 2014 season and Wisconsin will kick off against Western Illinois at 11 a.m. Central.

The Badgers kick off the season the previous week when they take on LSU at Reliant Stadium in Houston at 8 p.m. Central on August 30.

Wisconsin is off in Week 3.

The Big Ten Network’s offerings for the first three weeks include:

Eastern Illinois at Minnesota, 6 p.m. Central
Friday, Aug. 29
Jacksonville State at Michigan State, 6:30 p.m. Central
Saturday, Aug. 30
Youngstown State at Illinois, 11 a.m. Central
Northern Iowa at Iowa, 11 a.m. Central
James Madison at Maryland, 2:30 p.m. Central
Florida Atlantic at Nebraska, 2:30 p.m. Central
