The Wisconsin Badgers will visit UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena on Dec. 10 for a non-conference matchup against Milwaukee.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported the date being added to the teams’ schedule for this season, the fourth time the Badgers will visit the Panthers and the second time in four years.
The game is four days after Wisconsin visits Marquette at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. The game is being moved out of Madison in order to make room for some moves the Badgers want to make with their non-conference slate in 2015-16.
The last two meetings were at the Kohl Center. The Badgers won last season 78-52 and posted a 74-53 win in 2012.
Wisconsin leads the all-time series between the schools 29-1, with Milwaukee’s lone win coming in Madison in 1992.
The Badgers last went to Milwaukee in 2011, a 60-54 win for Wisconsin. Their other trips to Milwaukee came in 1999-2000 and 2001-02.
Wisconsin coach Bo Ryan is a former coach at Milwaukee, going 30-27 in two seasons with the Panthers in 1999-2000 and 2000-01 before taking over the Badgers, with whom he is 321-121 in 13 seasons.
